Felony Bond
Everyone out on a felony bond must sign in with the Circuit Court each month. Sign-in is from the 1st day of the month until the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Failure to sign in can result in a bench warrant being issued.
If you have questions regarding your sign-in requirement, you may call your bonding company.
If you cannot sign in due to being in the hospital or rehab, you must have the facility fax a letter to Brittany Stuart at 601-545-6179 or email it to bstuart@forrestcountyms.us. The letter must include a tentative release date.
